Communication & Statistics

Email and Internet were the sole method of communication, to reduce costs telephone communication was not used at all!

Project Documentation

To ensure projects run smoothly and all parties know what's going on, we use a selection of master documents which are passed between the client and the project team members. As these documents are updated, amended, corrected and approved the project evolves towards completion.

A flowchart shows all pages within the website and the link/ level relationship between them. Even though Permanent Make-up is a small website the flowchart was helpful to project team members during various build phases.

We use a master content document containing complete content of the website. This passes between the client and us for amendments and corrections.

A spreadsheet is used specifying html files, meta information (for online promotion purposes), testing data and file related statistics.
