Following a meeting to discuss your requirements we shall produce a fixed price quotation for you, offering a menu of staged developments with a timeline. An initial payment is also proposed.

We begin to work on your website as soon as the proposal is accepted. Usually, for a new website we would create a site structure flowchart, and we would then collect text and image content on the basis of which we would produce a proposed look and feel, what we call a visual concept. In close communication with you we would develop the design to complete a visual concept to satisfy all sides.

Next we collate site content, site structure, navigation and the visuals into a complete website. Functionality such as database systems, calculators and back end systems are usually added during a second stage.

On completion, we would then undertake an organic development program to build traffic and achieve site objectives.

We like to maintain a good personal relationship with clients, though if you prefer us to get on with the job and keep out of the way we can also accommodate. Most of our communication is via email, and we have a Client Area with your website vital statistics available to you 24 hours a day.
