The site was setup by Rubber Dragon, with good contacts in Torun we had worked on the concept for some time, and decided to launch following a Friendship and Cooperation Agreement signed between Swindon and Torun in 2003.

Thanks to the website and related publicity, Rubber Dragon have established cooperation with a number of new business partners in Poland and the UK.

Users are able to subscribe to an email newsletter to receive news and event information.

Traffic has grown from a handful of users in August 2003 to over 600 monthly users in January 2004, and the website generates regular enquiries from potential holiday makers, though we are still seeking a travel operator wishing to sell the trips on our behalf.
